Every client will receive a free in person or virtual consultation to discuss goals and objectives. These consultations are critical to understand individual goals so I can create a personalized programs to fit YOU.
Sessions are 60 minutes of personalized training. Training will incorporate a combination of resistance, body weight, and strength exercises fit to YOUR skill level. I place a high emphasis on safety in training. You can't train if you're hurt!
One -on-one Personal Training requires a 4 session Starter Package. Additional sessions can be added in packages of 2, 4, or 6.
I recommend 2-3 sessions per week with a personal trainer depending on the amount of training you're able to do on your own time.
Grab a friend!! Partner classes are a fun way to achieve your goals together! Partner class availability is based on location and scheduling. For each new member added to the group a new consultation is required. Classes max out at 5 participants.

Want some help with a few different moves you struggle with? Find that movements you see others doing are causing you pain? I can help! It is NOT uncommon to need slight adjustment to form to make sure you don't hurt yourself. We will have a quick consult to construct a list of movements or lifts that are causing you trouble and meet to adjust form. Just like all things, practice makes perfect! (And avoids injury down the road)
