I was born in Denver, Colorado, but over the past 30 years, I’ve called seven different states home! Recently, my family and I relocated to Greenville to be closer to loved ones, and we couldn’t be happier.
Athletics have always been a central part of my life. From a young age, I’ve been a multi-sport enthusiast, eager to try anything and everything. In high school, I focused on volleyball and track. As I started gaining interest from colleges for my performance in track, I knew I needed to take my natural talent to the next level. That’s when I discovered the transformative power of strength training. I began powerlifting during my junior year, and it has been a passion of mine ever since.
Though I no longer compete in powerlifting, I firmly believe that strength is foundational to overall health and well-being. This doesn’t mean you need to look like a bodybuilder—it’s about owning your strength, both physically and mentally. There’s nothing more empowering than realizing what your body is capable of. I’ve worked with clients who’ve amazed themselves with newfound abilities—whether that’s lifting, carrying, or balancing—all without logging endless hours on the treadmill!
My coaching philosophy is rooted in safety, sustainability, and enjoyment. I’m here to help you set realistic goals and achieve them in a way that fits seamlessly into your life. Forget the fad diets and extreme restrictions—if anyone suggests a 900-calorie diet, it’s time to run in the opposite direction!
